Bolero is a cross between hydrangea scandens and macrophylla.
Its lace cap pink flowers are sensitive to acidity of the soil so in alkaline soils the blooms will stay pink. In acid soils they turn more purple.
Grows to 3ft x 3ft with a spreading habit.
