Black Mulberry, Morus Nigra

Morus nigra produces masses of black and red mulberries, which are particularly special fruits as they are not often found in shops.

The fruits are around 3cm long and have a slightly acidic flavour. They can be eaten straight from the tree or used for culinary purposes.
