Viola ‘Molly Sanderson’

£3.99

Dark blue, almost purple flowers with cream centre and yellow eye and a very good scent to go with it.

Look absolutely stunning in border fringes, rockeries, gravel gardens and bowls and tubs.  Violas can be mixed with summer patio flowering and foliage plants but can also make excellent containers with other Violas from early Spring through to Autumn.

Prefers cool, protected partial shade, especially in summer months with moist, but free draining soil or compost.  A hardy plant which should survive normal winter conditions outside, especially if protected from the hardest frosts.  Dead-head or trim to prolong flowering into the Autumn.  Cut the plants back in Autumn and give a mulch and feed.  Beware of slugs and aphids – both are fond of Violas.
